Contact form and e-mail
When you send a brief through the form, the data you enter is processed: name and company, e-mail, what you need, timeline, current website and your message. The brief is sent by e-mail to hello@oneless.eu. It is not stored on the website or in its database.
- Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: for the duration of the project conversation. If no cooperation follows, the e-mail is deleted within 2 years at the latest. If it does, data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
The same applies to e-mails you send directly.
To prevent spam, the sender’s IP address is stored in hashed form for 1 hour to limit the number of submissions from one address. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics (Google Analytics)
The website uses Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited. It only runs after you click “Accept” in the cookie bar. Without consent it is not loaded and sets no cookies.
- Purpose: to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. Nothing more.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Data: shortened IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, traffic source. Advertising features are disabled.
- Transfers outside the EU: Google may transfer data to the USA. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Retention: 14 months in Google Analytics.
You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Measurement then stops and Google Analytics cookies are deleted.

Fonts are hosted on the website itself, so nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.
Hosting
The website runs on a hosting provider’s server. As a processor, the provider keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation. The hosting provider is Websupport s.r.o., Slovakia.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Just write to hello@oneless.eu.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
